Inducements we will maintain our impartiality.

4. We represent our client only at all times and no third party or outside
interests.

5. Our client confidentiality is maintained in the strictest manner and
Total Carrier Solutions will not disclose any information without
express written consent from our client giving us permission to disclose
confidential information.

6. We pledge to treat everyone who works for one of our client companies
